D & A Smokehouse, located at 749 Central Park Avenue, will open for business on Saturday, Nov. 30. The restaurant will feature barbeque wings, brisket, pulled pork, ribs, mac & cheese and more.
Owner and head Chef Douglas Lo Cicero, formerly the head chef of Tapp in Tarrytown, has been an avid backyard barbecue expert for many years. He traveled around the country finding, testing and refining the bestbarbeque techniques and flavors in preparation of opening D & A Smokehouse.
“It has been my lifelong dream to open a genuine barbeque restaurant where I can offer quality food with my special secret spices and homemade sauces I personally developed through the years,” Lo Cicero said in a statement. “I am excited to add to the great restaurant mix offered in Westchester County and give local residents a taste of different kinds of barbeque cooking styles.”
