Owner Steven Palm calls the transformation one that is "refreshed, revised, and reenergized."

Customers will note, first, that the long-standing bar, which was dark green marble with a pure white marble bar top, has been replaced with a modern, dark wainscoting base. The area has been surrounded with dark gray slate flooring.

"This against the chocolate brown floors in the restaurant give a dramatic look when you first enter the restaurant," he said. "Pops of red on the bar stools complement our dining area’s signature red wall."

Also new: changes behind the scenes to the kitchen and the server’s coffee station to ensure the look is as much a part of the staff’s experience as well as the guests.

Palm attributes the restaurant's longevity in town to staying true to its philosophy so that eatery always offers "a complete dining experience."

"We look at the total package: food, service and ambiance to ensure all components blend together to please the senses," he said.

To that end, Palm credits the community, too, for its success and gracious support and hopes to continue serving Bronxville and it's environments for the next 22 years and beyond. "We promise to stay true to our guests with fine food, service and a comfortable atmosphere," he said.
