For the first time in forever – “A Very Frozen Nutcracker” is co-sponsored by the Eastchester Recreation and Parks Department.

Follow Anna on her journey through a flurry of snowflakes to the Land of the Sweets. Join the event for this special crossover. An enchanting and interactive original Nutcracker celebration, join the Snow Queen Elsa and the Sugar Plum Fairy as they tell the story of this family favorite tale – with a “frozen” twist.

Dancing to the tunes of Tchaikovsky, Elsa and the gang will put on a performance you don’t want to miss. Performances by pre-professional dancers, giveaways and a special Ballerina Ball boutique will top off this magical afternoon.

The event costs $40 and pre-registration is required by Dec. 5. To register, visit http://www.eastchester.org for an application. Check or cash only. For more information, contact theBallerinaBall@gmail.com.

The Ballerina Ball is proud to partner with the New York City Ballet. Join for the ball at a discounted rate and add on tickets to see George Balanchine’s “Nutcracker” at Lincoln Center.

Showtimes are available to Ballerina Ball guests Dec. 21 at 5 p.m., Dec. 22 at 7 p.m. and Dec. 23 at 2 p.m. Email theballerinaball@gmail.com for more information and pricing.
