Bronxville School Features Showing Of ‘Screenagers’ Documentary

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- The Bronxville School will host a free screening of the documentary "Screenagers: Growing Up in the Digital Age" on Thursday, June 9.

Parents, students in grades five through 12, faculty members and Bronxville residents are invited to attend. 

"Screenagers" explores the impact screen time, social media, games and Internet usage have on children academically and socially. 

K-12 Director of Technology Jennifer Forsberg will lead a panel discussion regarding issues in the documentary following the screening. 

Panelists include Devorah Heitner from Raising Digital Natives and Liana Slater from Common Sense Media.

The school previously screened the film in April. 

The screening will take place in the school auditorium at 7 p.m.
