Care Bear Camp is open to children ages two through six, and runs from June 16 to Aug. 15 at The Chapel School in Bronxville. The Care Bear Program consists of nine one-week sessions.

"Children will learn about the earth’s history; studying dinosaurs that lived in Prehistoric Times and Ice Age mammals," representatives said in a press release. "Through age appropriate literature and craft projects students will also learn about ancient civilizations that built amazing structures like the Pyramids, the Coliseum, and the Parthenon. They will sail around the world as explorers during the Age of Discovery and travel in Early America as Settlers and Native Americans. The time travel adventure will end as we discover the great inventions of Modern Times."

The Care Bear Camp features “In-House Field Trips” that "bring fun and fascinating visitors to the campus," representatives said. Children will participate in hands-on activities and meet with guests from Dinosaurs Rock, Mad Science, Greenburgh Nature Center, and the Animal Embassy.
