Larchmont police officers arrested Dobbs Ferry resident Angela Vargas, 45, in the early morning hours on May 28 after mutlitple traffic infractions and for allegedly driving while intoxicated with a seven-year-old child in the car. Vargas will be arraigned in Village Court of Larchmont on June 7.
Vargas is being charged with a felony count of Aggravated DWI under Leandra's Law, which is a New York State law that makes it an automatic felony on the first offense for driving under the influence with a person age 15 or under in the vehicle.
