Con Ed Crews Clear Branches in New Rochelle

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – Jose Osorio of Con Edison was working with other crew members Monday on North Avenue getting branches away from power lines.

The crew will be working across Westchester to keep the lines free of tree branches.

Osorio, along with co-workers Pablo Velez, Jose Gonzalez andGerman Hernandez, made some progress Wednesday morning across from New Rochelle High School.

But that was only the beginning of a long project.

“We have a lot of work ahead,” Osorio said.
