Hosted by Richard Knox, the presentation will look back on the origins of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Broadway musical “Carousel” and the controversy surrounding casting of the 1956 film version. The presentation includes archival interviews with Rodgers and Hammerstein.
Performances from the musical, including “If I Love You” and “You’ll Never Walk Alone” will also be featured.
The program is free and open to the public.
