Tuckahoe Library To Host Free Law Advice Program Friday

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- The Tuckahoe Public Library is set to present a senior law program, "To Probate or Not to Probate" Friday.

The program is set to begin at 1 p.m. Friday at the Tuckahoe Public Library, 71 Columbus Ave., Tuckahoe, according to a press release. The free event is presented by the Westchester Public/Private Partnership for Aging Services and the Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services, according to the release. 

Salvatore DiCostanzo, of McMillan, Constabile, Maker & Perone, LLP, in Larchmont, will lead the discussion, according to the release.

"DiCostanzo is also an accountant, and his main areas of practice include elder law, trusts and estates and tax law," representatives said in the release. "He is immediate past chair of the elder law committee of the Westchester County Bar Association and is a current member of the executive committee of the elder law section of the New York State Bar Association."
