Tuckahoe Public Library To Display Custom Book Covers

TUCKAHOE, N.Y. -- Instead of judging a book by its cover, Tuckahoe children and teenagers can design one for their favorite fiction book.

Tuckahoe Public Library is taking cover submissions until April 22 and all designs will be on display at the library on April 29.

Youth interested in participating are to include a front cover image featuring a drawing or collage along with the title of the book, the designer's name and a brief summary of the book. Supplies are available from the librarians. Every participating designer will receive a special treat.
