Tuckahoe Screens Outdoor Movies, Shoots Off Fireworks

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- An Outdoor Summer Movie Series has begun in Tuckahoe, and a fireworks show has been scheduled for Saturday.

Movie showings take place at Depot Square in Tuckahoe, and admission is free. Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs.

The Tuckahoe Fireworks Extravaganza takes place at Parkway Oval Park at Consulate Drive on Saturday. Entertainment starts at 7 p.m. featuring the Showtime Dance Band & Jackie DiMaggio. Fireworks begin when the sky is dark.

Thursday, July 21, 8:30 to 10 p.m. "Vacanze Romane."
Friday, July 22, 8:30 to 10 p.m. "Finding Nemo."
Thursday, July 28, 8:15 to 10 p.m. "Tosca."
Friday, July 29, 8:30 to 10 p.m. "Monsters, Inc."
