What To Do Around Eastchester This Weekend

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. – A series of concerts and an afternoon film are among the events planned in Eastchester and Bronxville this St. Patrick's Day weekend.

Friday, March 15

Film series: 1 p.m. The Eastchester Public Library will continue its winter film series with a screening of “Life of Pi.” 11 Oakridge Place, Eastchester.

Saturday, March 16

Tag sale donations: 9 a.m. The Bronxville High School Environmental Club and the Habitat for Humanity Club will be collecting donations for the annual tag sale, which will take place on April 6. 177 Pondfield Road, Bronxville.

Concordia Concert: 11 a.m. W. A. Schmutzinberry, a hopeful composer, will play American music from folk songs to jazz and rock ‘n’ roll. $15. 171 White Plains Road, Bronxville.

Sunday, March 17

Piano concert: 2 p.m. The Eastchester Arts Council will play a concert at the Eastchester Public Library. 11 Oakridge Place, Eastchester.

Women’s History Month Concert: 3 p.m. The Bronxville Women’s Club will have the last of its Midland Music Concert Series. The program will celebrate women’s history month. This event is $20. 135 Midland Ave., Bronxville.
