EASTCHESTER, N.Y. - Fitness fanatics looking to hone their skills need travel no further than Eastchester, after Express Train Studio unveiled its latest state-of-the-art studio on John. R. Albanese Place.
Express Train recently opened the doors of its 3,000-square-foot studio, which features a full array of equipment, certified trainers and the tools needed to maximize a workout.
According to owner Joe DeMasi, the goal of Express Train is to create a “safe, healthy environment for clients, making relationships a top priority.”
“We want to build relationships before muscle,” he said. “Often times, a gym can be an extremely intimidating place for people who are just starting their fitness journey; that is why we are so excited to be opening our new facility. We offer the privacy of a small studio with the amenities of a large gym.”
At Express Train , trainers will design individualized workout regiments for patrons to help them meet specific needs and desires. Programs include one-on-one training, small group and pre or post natal training. A full-time nutritionist is also on staff to help clients plan their meals and teach healthier alternatives to preparing food.
DeMasi noted that Express Train’s team of trainers are “industry leaders” with more than a decade of experience. Business hours are by appointment only in an effort to personalize and better accommodate the schedules of patrons.
“For over 10 years, I’ve worked tirelessly toward the goal of one day being able to open my very own personal training studio,” he added. “Helping people accomplish their goals is something that brings me an incredible amount of joy. I truly love what I do.”
