Westchester Clerk's Office Processing Passport Applications In Scarsdale

SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- Planning a trip out of the country? The County of Westchester wants to make sure Scarsdale residents are prepared to travel.

Members of the Westchester County Clerk's Office will process passports on Aug. 31 at Chase Road at Boniface Circle in Scarsdale.

The Westchester County Clerk’s Mobile Office will be on hand from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Aug. 31 at Chase Road at Boniface Circle in Scarsdale to process passports.

Attendees are asked to bring proof of United States citizenship, such as an expired U.S. passport, original or certified copy of your birth certificate, a consular report of birth abroad or a naturalization certificate. Proof of identity, such as current valid license or government-issued identification cards are also required. Both parents of minors under the age of 16 should appear together and sign the child’s application. Please bring original documents with raised seals.

Fee for an adult passport is $110, $80 for children and can be paid by money order or check, only. There is an additional $25 service fee that can be paid by money order, check or credit card.

Applications are also being accepted for the U.S. Passport Card for land and sea border travel. Fees for the card are $30 for adults, $15 for children, along with a $25 service fee.
