WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. — This little chihuahua recently came in to the SPCA of Westchester as a stray. She is very cute and sweet!
Chai Tea Latte loves to dance around and wag her tail. She is about 4 years old.
However, she has a neurological issue. Sometimes she can't feel her back legs fully and drags them slightly. Unfortunately, there is no way to correct this condition, but it is not something that affects her at all times. Otherwise, she is a happy, healthy girl who would love a second chance.
