EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- Eastchester SEPTA invited students and staff to “Light It Up Blue” for Autism Awareness on April 5, Eastchester’s Autism Awareness Day as a part of Autism Awareness Month this April.

To celebrate those friends and mentees who are affected by this ever growing condition, SEPTA asked for all to wear blue on this day and if possible, donate just $1.

Proceeds will be donated to the Eastchester High School Junior Class “Stay Awake-a-thon” raising money for Autism charities and SEPTA after school clubs.
