Golf Outing Raises $7,000 For Alzheimer's Research At Burke Rehab Center

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Ron Blacks Beer Hall hosted a golf outing this past fall to support Alzheimer’s research at Burke Rehabilitation Center in White Plains and raised more than $7,000.

More than 50 golfers participated in the event at Lake Isle Country Club in Eastchester, helping to raise the funds.

The funds will go towards Burke’s new research study on the therapeutic use of benfotiamine in Alzheimer’s disease.
