Gramatan Village Welcomes New Member To Board Of Directors

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. -- The Gramatan Village recently elected Guy Minetti to its board of directors, according to Kerry Walsh, president of the board.

“We are very happy to welcome Guy to the board,” said Walsh. “He brings extensive experience in business administration to Gramatan Village, along with a firm commitment to our mission of helping older adults in our community continue to live safely and confidently at home.” 

Born and raised in Litchfield, Minetti graduated from St. Michael’s College in Colchester, Vt. From the 1970s through most of the 1990s, he worked in the financial services field, most notably with Citibank and Kidder, Peabody & Co. In 1999, he joined 1-800-Flowers as its vice chairman and served in that position until 2005. Minetti then started his own business providing financial and operational advice to small-to- medium-sized businesses. He currently serves on the board of directors of Misonix, Inc., and Victory Capital Management. 

Minetti and his wife Pam, have lived in Bronxville since 1991, with their three children, all of whom attended the Bronxville School. In addition, he has been active in community affairs, having been on the boards of the Swanky Country Club and the Bronxville School Foundation. He was co-chair of the Bronxville Fields Committee which raised almost $2 million for the installation of a new synthetic athletic field and running track.
