Alert Canceled For Yonkers 18-Year-Old With Autism

YONKERS, N.Y. -- The Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert issued for an 18-year-old Yonkers man late Thursday afternoon was canceled Friday morning.

No further information was immediately available.

YONKERS, N.Y. -- A Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert has been issued for an 18-year-old Yonkers man late Thursday afternoon.

Christian Santos, who has autism and is believed to be in danger,  was last seen at his home on Morsemere Avenue in Yonkers at 11:45 a.m. on Thursday, authorities said.

The 5-foot-5, 130-pound Santos was wearing a black T-shirt, khaki pants, blue sneakers, and a stainless steal chain with black cross. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

He may be traveling by train or towards water at an unknown location, authorities said.

The alert includes Westchester as well as Putnam, Rockland, Orange, all of New York cities as well as Nassau County.

The alert was issued by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services at the request of the Yonkers Police Department.
