EASTCHESTER, N.Y. – Michael Ware of Eastchester, who was charged in connection with the fatal crash of his SUV driven by his unlicensed daughter, made his first court appearance in a Pennsylvania court Tuesday, reports lohud.com . The accident killed three teenage boys.
Ware is charged with involuntary manslaughter, endangering the welfare of children and other crimes, according to the report.
On Aug. 30, Ware’s 15-year-old daughter from Pleasantville lost control of his Suburban near the Pocono resort community of Wallenpaupack Lake Estates. The SUV flipped several times, killing three 15-year-olds, Cullen Keffer, Shamus Digney and Ryan Lesher.
A preliminary hearing on the evidence will be held in January.
