Police officials announced the designation of the Safe Exchange Zone on Thursday, which will be under 24-hour surveillance at the parking lot of the Greenburgh Police Headquarters.

"For anyone who purchases on the internet (i.e. Craigslist, eBay) can now safely make the exchange at the Greenburgh Police Dept in the parking lot," police officials posted on Twitter Thursday morning. Similar Safe Exchange Zones have also been set around other Westchester municipalities.
