Beginning at noon and continuing through 6 p.m., there will be no parking in posted areas on Main and Huguenot streets, from Echo to Emerson avenues. Additionally, from 1:45 to 4 p.m., there will be intermittent closures on those roads.

Obama is set to land at Westchester County Airport at approximately 2 p.m. on Friday. Then he will head to his first fundraiser, a barbecue at business mogul Robert Wolf’s Purchase estate.
Once he is finished in Purchase, the president and first lady are scheduled to arrive in New Rochelle for a roundtable fundraiser for approximately two dozen benefactors.
Those who attend Obama’s fundraisers are expected to donate as much as $32,400 to the Democratic National Committee, the legal limit.
At first, it was thought Obama would leave Westchester Friday without returning. But he is now scheduled to jet to another fundraiser in Rhode Island following his visit in New Rochelle Friday.
However, he will return to Westchester on Saturday to attend his personal chef’s wedding at Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Pocantico Hills.
