Police Pursue Suspect In Pepper-Spray Robbery Of CVS On White Plains Road

SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- Police are in pursuit of a male suspect who used pepper spray in an armed robbery at the CVS Pharmacy on White Plains Road (Route 22) in Scarsdale Saturday morning.

The male sprayed the store manager with the pepper spray before exiting the store with an undetermined amount of cash at approximately 9:15 a.m.

Westchester County Police are assisting Scarsdale and Eastchester police in the investigation and pursuit of the suspect.

The suspect was reportedly dressed in black. A physical description of the suspect has not yet been released.
