Sandy Forces Partial Hutchinson Parkway Closure

WESTCHESTER, N.Y. – A portion of the southbound Hutchinson River Parkway is closed due to flooding from Hurricane Sandy. The closure is between the Cross County Parkway and Exit 10 on the Hutch.
