Thunderstorms Will Accompany Heat, Humidity In Eastchester

WESTCHESTER, N.Y. -- Thunderstorms and showers are expected to arrive in parts of the area Wednesday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.

Thunderstorms and heavy rains are expected to strike in Westchester this afternoon and tonight.

Some of the showers could produce heavy rain and temperatures are expected to stick close to 90.

It will be more of the same tonight, with temperatures dropping to around 70.

There will be a chance of thunderstorms tomorrow after 2 p.m. and some could produce heavy rains, the weather service said. It will be cloudy with a high near 78.
