The program will be held in the auditorium at White Plains Library at 100 Martine Ave.  Sally Robinson, president of the League of  Women Voters of New York State, will give a presentation on why the state League of Women Voters supports the proposition on the November ballot.

The purpose of the proposition is to reform the process of establishing new state legislative and congressional district lines that the U.S. Constitution requires every 10 years. If the proposal is approved, an independent  redistricting commission will be established to determine lines for legislative and congressional districts.
