New York State Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman said the settlement came after the dealership assessed fees to customers when they bought their vehicles at the end of their lease terms, LoHud.com said.
The fees, which ranged between $295 and $2,895, were never explained to customers when they leased the vehicles, LoHud.com reported.
The dealership declined comment, citing the terms of the settlement, according to LoHud.com.
