YONKERS, N.Y. -- The intersection of Nepperhan Avenue and Executive Boulevard has reopened in Yonkers after a large water main break that occurred at approximately 4:30 a.m. Monday.
Water also began flowing onto the Exit 9 ramp of the Saw Mill River Parkway to Executive Boulevard, leading to its closure at approximately 5 a.m.
The incident was cleared shortly after 1 p.m.
