TUCKAHOE, N.Y. - Michael F. Aliberto Jr., a Tuckahoe resident, died Oct. 23. He was 89.
Aliberto was born Jan. 2, 1925, in the Bronx, to Josephine and Michael F. Aliberto Sr. He served in the United States Navy as a medic from 1943 to 1946.
Aliberto is survived by his wife, Marie; children, Michael F. Aliberto III, Lawrence N. Aliberto, Joseph P. Aliberto, Maria Aliberto Gagliardi and Joanne Aliberto; 11 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents; and sister, Nancy Basile.
Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 27 at the Immaculate Conception Church, 53 Winter Hill Road, Tuckahoe. Interment at the Ferncliff Cemetery Association, 280-284 Secor Road, Hartsdale.
