EASTCHESTER, N.Y. — Eastchester resident Nicolina Gentile died on Sunday, May 8. She was 89.
She was born in Guardia dei Lombardi, Italy, on Jan. 13, 1827.
Gentile is survived by her daughter, Gaetana Gentile Santoli and her husband, Antonio, son Angelo Gentile and his wife, Patricia, and grandchildren Angelo Gentile, Franco Santoli and Raffaele Santoli.
She was predeceased by her husband, Raffaele.
Visitation is at Yannantuono Burr Davis Sharpe Funeral Home, 584 Gramatan Ave., in Mount Vernon, on Tuesday, May 10, from 4-9 p.m.
