WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An Eastchester father, whose daughter was the driver in a fatal car accident in Pennsylvania last Labor Day weekend, is looking to have the most serious charges against him dismissed.

Michael Ware, 54, is looking to get the charges of involuntary manslaughter, child endangerment and four counts of reckless endangerment dismissed, according to the Bucks County Courier Times .

A hearing is scheduled for Tuesday in Wayne County. Ware is scheduled to go on trial in July.

He also faces charges on two counts of reckless endangerment, giving false information and permitting an unlicensed driver to use a vehicle.

Ware's daughter, a 16-year-old Pleasantville resident, was sentenced last month to probation and community service. She was also ordered to write letters of apology and pay thousands in restitution.

Ryan Lesher, Shamus Digney and Cullen Keffer died in the accident.
