Eastchester Police Investigating Pepper Spraying CVS Robber

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. – The search continues for a suspect that brazenly robbed an Eastchester CVS store on Saturday morning after assaulting a store manager and making off with an unknown amount of cash.

Eastchester police, with an assist from officers in Scarsdale and the Westchester County Police Department are hot on the heels of a man who robbed the CVS location on White Plains Road after he allegedly sprayed the manager with pepper spray and raided the cash register.

The suspect was last seen early on Saturday waling on Garth Road, wearing all black with a white hat and latex gloves heading toward the Bronx River Parkway. According to reports, he left behind a note and the can of oleoresin capsicum.
