Man Struck, Killed By Train In Tuckahoe

TUCKAHOE, N.Y. -- An unidentified man was struck and killed by a Metro-North train at the Tuckahoe station Friday morning.

The incident occurred at the Metro-North Tuckahoe station at approximately 8:30 a.m. Friday.

The incident, which occurred around 8:30 a.m., has resulted in delays of up to 30 minutes for customers traveling through the vicinity of Mount Vernon West and Crestwood as a result of police activity, Metro-North said.
