Election Day Is Tomorrow, Eastchester

SCARSDALE, N.Y. – Eastchester and Scarsdale voters go to the polls Tuesday not just to elect a new president but also to vote for local office holders.

Amy Paulin is seeking re-election in New York Assembly District 88. She is running unopposed and will serve her seventh consecutive term. District 88 includes Pelham, Eastchester, Scarsdale and portions of New Rochelle and White Plains. 

U.S. Rep Eliot Engel is also seeking re-election in Congressional District 16. Republican Joseph McLaughlin and Green Party member Joseph Diaferia are challenging him.

District 16 includes Scarsdale, Eastchester, Rye, Mount Vernon, Pelham and a portion of the north Bronx.

There is also a battle for a U.S. Senate seat as Democrat Kirsten Gillibrand, the incumbent, and Republican Wendy Long square off.
