CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- Karl Rove told a conference that he believes Chappaqua's Hilary Clinton may have brain damage, according to a New York Post report.

Rove spoke onstage with Robert Gibbs and CBS correspondent and “Spies Against Armageddon” co-author Dan Raviv, according to the report. Rove said "if Clinton runs for president, voters must be told what happened when she suffered a fall in December 2012," according to the report.

The official diagnosis was a blood clot, but Rove told the conference near LA "30 days in the hospital? And when she reappears, she’s wearing glasses that are only for people who have traumatic brain injury? We need to know what’s up with that," according to the report from the New York Post.

Can this man be more sleezy? If the best he/they can come up with is lala-land disinformation, it's a sure sign of desperation and dysfunction

Rove's an establishment buffoon who will now lead the charge for Jeb Bush. No more Bushes, no more Clintons, no more Obamas.

It's ok.. Mr Rove got the misinformation out to his little underlings, and they will gleefully run with the nonsense long after Mrs Clinton has been elected President.

Much like the Birth Certificate, the truth is not a required ingredient with these folks. All they need is a talking point, and they are fine with fiction for material to work with.

Mr Rove is seemingly as slippery as he is wet ('wet' as in Karl Rove is 'intoxicated'.... Intoxicated on Karl Rove).
