The Flood Watch, which began 8 p.m. Saturday, is in effect into Sunday evening with an 80 percent chance of heavy rain, according to the National Weather Service.
The heaviest rainfall into early Sunday and could cause widespread urban and small stream flooding, the Weather Service said.
Rainfalls totals will range from 1 to 2 inches, but could be as high as 3 inches in some areas of heavier rain or in thunderstorms, the Weather Service said.
A large amount of rain could fall in a short period of time, leading to a sharp rise in water in small streams and poor drainage flooding on roadways and other urban areas.
It won't get much about 70 degrees this weekend, under cloudy skies Saturday and on a rainy Sunday for Father's Day.
