Bergen County Bar Association Honors Prosecutor Grewal For Diversity

PARAMUS, N.J. -- More than 100 members of the Bergen County Bar Association were joined by police chiefs and other law enforcement officials in honoring county Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal with a Diversity in the Profession award Wednesday night in Paramus.

Grewal, of Glen Rock, spoke of the importance of respecting diversity and working together for the benefit of all.

Attendees included Bergen County Sheriff Michael Saudino, Oakland Police Chief Ed Kapser (who is president of the Bergen County Police Chiefs Association) and First Assistant Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Higgins, who presented the award to Grewal at Biagio's Restaurant.
