Unprovoked Attack: Kids Jump Woman At Boston MBTA Station, Send Her to Hospital

Paramedics took a woman to the hospital Thursday afternoon, April 27, after five kids jumped her at a Red Line station, causing severe wounds to her face, police said.

A woman said five young people jumped her Thursday afternoon, April at Broadway Station in Boston in an unprovoked attack. Police are still searching for the suspects.

The woman told officers she was carrying her groceries at the MBTA Broadway Station around 4 p.m. when the youths knocked the food out of her hands and attacked her with it, transit police tweeted. She received injuries to her head that required attention from doctors.

The young people then ran away. Police said they are scouring security videos and asking for the public's help to track them down.
