In Eastchester, a two-bedroom, one-bathroom co-operative on Manchester Road is selling for $249,000.

There are several million-dollar homes for sale in Bronxville. A 5,619-square-foot property on Wrexham Road is available for $2.125 million. A recently constructed five-bedroom, five and two half bathroom home on Ridge Road can be had for $3.395 million. A Colonial on Birch Brook Road is being shown at $1.185 million.

For $1.295 million, buyers can purchase a five-bedroom, four-bathroom on Willow Circle. An English Tudor originally built in 1928 is selling for $1.695 million. A 4,450-square-foot home on Sturgis Road is available for $2.2 million.
