In Bronxville, a five-bedroom, three-bathroom property on California Road is selling for $957,500. A Sunnybrook Road Tudor is available for $1.375 million and a 4,000-square-foot home on Hampshire Road can be had for $1.65 million. For $949,000, buyers can purchase a three-bedroom Beverly Road property.
