Properties include a 1,196-square-foot home on Chauncey Street in Tuckahoe listed for $599,000. A three-bedroom property on Joyce Road is available for $565,000 and a condominium on Scarsdale Road is being shown for $500,000.

In Bronxville, a four-bedroom, four and one half bathroom home is available for $2.395 million on Paddington Road. A private townhouse that was originally constructed in 1925 is available for $909,000 and buyers can purchase a $1 million Tudor on Ellison Avenue.
