The open house is at 44 Thorn Avenue and scheduled from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., according to the property's listing on Zillow.

Justin Pieragostini, a local realtor, is representing the home's owners, Dan and Olivia Lopuzzo.

Pieragostini said that the shooting for the episode ended last week and that "Property Brothers" will cover the house's renovation. He added that the show is set to air in the fall.

The Lopuzzos have moved out of the area but are still trying to sell the house, Pieragostini explained.

The owners considered selling before their involvement with the show, Pieragostini said, adding that they reached out and there answered by a producer. The arrangement for the show was made following interviews, Pieragostini added.

The home's renovation was "extensive," Pieragostini said; the Zillow listing gives a summary of the work.

For Pieragostini, this is the second time that he has had a connection with an HGTV show; he appeared on camera for an episode of "House Hunters," which featured clients in Katonah.
