Sonia Tito Joins Prudential Centennial Realty As A Licensed Salesperson

SCARSDALE, N.Y. -- Prudential Centennial Realty, one of Westchester County’s largest real estate companies, announced that Sonia Tito has joined its Scarsdale office.

Tito joins an elite team, led by Mark Nadler, as a licensed real estate salesperson.

As a former mortgage finance professional and housing specialist, Tito brings great energy, local knowledge and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet her client's needs whether buying, selling or renting property. She specializes in the diverse and unique neighborhoods of Southern Westchester County. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Prior to joining Prudential Centennial Realty, Tito was most recently a housing locator for the Nassau County Office of Housing and Intergovernmental Affairs where she worked with landlords to provide housing opportunities for dozens of clients.

She also worked as a loan officer for Ideal Mortgage Bankers on Long Island where she was responsible for explaining to customers the different types of available loans and credit options and analyzing applicants' financial status to determine the feasibility of granting loans.

Tito is a member National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. She supports several local social and charitable organizations including the Junior League and the Bronxville Woman's Club. She is involved with St. Joseph's Church in Bronxville, the Eliza Corwin Frost Child Center and The Chapel School.
