Eastchester PTA Invites Parents to Mini-courses

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- The Eastchester High School and Middle School PTA will hold joint mini-courses on Tuesday.

The PTA meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Eastchester High library will give an introduction to the High School Wise Program.

The mini-courses are as follows:

Art of Photograms with Patrick Perry.
Neuroscience and the High School Parent with Doug Weisman and Joanne DiMase.
Humanities with Jennifer Gavin. Participants can live the life of a high school student by sitting in a mini-course session and sampling the potential elective classes that are offered to students.

Parents can attend two mini-courses.

Registration is open until Monday at 6 p.m. via minicourses2016@gmail.com.

Confirmations of class assignments will be provided at the check-in table before the meeting.

The courses will run from 8-8:25 and 8:30-8:55.
