Music Boosters Focus On State Of Eastchester Elementary Bands

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- Anne Hutchinson and Greenvale band director Doug Zantay will present “The State of the Eastchester Elementary Bands" at the next Eastchester Music Boosters meeting.

The next Eastchester Music Boosters meeting will be Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the middle school cafeteria.

There will be a special performance of a Disney song from the film "Tangled" by the fifth-grade flute players from Anne Hutchinson, arranged by student teacher Jazz Zantay.

To donate beverages or desserts for the meeting, contact Lorraine Verge at ltrap2192@verizon.net.

In addition, there is an Alumni Careers in the Arts event planned for June. There will be alumni speakers, high school guidance, arts career information and scholarship Information.

Eastchester Middle School is at 550 White Plains Road.
