EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- Eight Eastchester students with autism were treated to a performance at the Clark Studio Theater at Lincoln Center, which NBC News covered.
Every week eight children attend an immersive performance of "Up and Away," which was specifically created for children with autism.
One review described the two-year collaboration between Lincoln Center Education and Trusty Sidekick Theater Company as a “multisensory experience that is a stellar example of how to connect with an underserved audience by identifying obstacles to theatergoing and removing them one by one.”
