In the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Test (MBTI) – the most common personality measure in the U.S. – INFP stands for Introversion (I), Intuition (N), Feeling (F) and Perception (P).

Key components of an INFP personality include strong communication abilities, idealism and a strong value placed on harmony, flexibility, creativity and passion. The best careers for INFP types include poetry, writing, acting, blogging, freelancing, investigative journalism and editing, according to Degree Match.
