EASTCHESTER, N.Y. – Eastchester High School is teaming with Barnes and Noble in Yonkers to kick off the summer reading schedule for students in the district.
From Friday through Sunday at Barnes and Noble on Central Park Avenue in Yonkers, patrons who present a voucher at the book fair will see a portion of net sales donated to projects at the Eastchester High School.
Summer reading will officially begin at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, as Eastchester High School students and faculty members bring their favorite children’s books to Barnes and Noble for a story hour.
Those who cannot attend the Yonkers book fair can support the cause, and Eastchester High School by visiting the Barnes and Noble book fair website and using the Eastchester Bookfair ID 11117819 at checkout.
