TUCKAHOE, N.Y. – After months of planning and hard work, the junior class at the Tuckahoe High School is nearly ready to host the annual Junior Carnival for local residents.
From 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. – rain or shine – on May 18 in the fields of the William E. Cottle Elementary School, there will be a series of events and games for residents of all ages.
All proceeds will go to support the Class of 2014, and will be used to raise money for expenses that will arise during their senior year.
There will be a variety of rides, games, prizes, raffles and a car show. Music will be provided by a local DJ, and food is to be prepared by local vendors. For younger children, there will be face-painting, arts and crafts.
