Tuckahoe Middle School, High School, Presenting Musical 'Oklahoma!'

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. – A cast, crew and pit crew of more than 90 students from Tuckahoe Middle School and Tuckahoe High School will present this year’s spring musical, “Oklahoma!”

Performances of this Rodgers and Hammerstein favorite are at 7:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday in the Tuckahoe Middle School-High School Auditorium. Tickets will be on sale at the door and are $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors.

In addition, School Partnership for Retirees and Youth of Tuckahoe, is hosting a "Highlights of Oklahoma!" show for local senior citizens at 3:30 p.m. Friday in the Tuckahoe Middle School-High School Auditorium.

The “SPRYTes” began this year at Tuckahoe Middle School with the goal of increasing connections between the schools and the elderly population of the community. The group also is in the planning stages of two more events this year.
